Hakan is a degree qualified construction professional with a background in projects controls. He has over 25 years’ experience gained on live projects working for contractors, clients and consultants across the globe.
His exposure to civils projects gave him an understanding of the complex problems underpinning time related disputes. Hakan’s experience spans many sectors including rail, infrastructure, tunnels, energy and utilities. He has also built and maintained project controls systems, assured corporate planning maturity, and managed planning teams of varying sizes.
Throughout his assignments, Hakan provides delay analysis and forensic planning services. He has a keen understanding of methods of delay analysis as well as implementation of industry best practices. Hakan is experienced in delay analysis methods, considering time, logistics and commercial limitations for each project. He utilises this expertise for clients on global projects using various forms of contracts.
Hakan is a skilled user of several function specific software such as Oracle Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, Microsoft Office suite of programmes, as well as various document, risk, and contract management tools (Pegas, CEMAR, Candy, Tilos, and Primavera Risk Analysis (PERTmaster)).
In his spare time, Hakan plays with his LS-400, which we understand is a motor car!
