Biography

Greta is a delay analyst and qualified civil and structural engineer with over ten years of experience delivering large-scale commercial, heritage, and marine projects. She has worked with both main contractors and specialist subcontractors, managing complex packages across reinforced concrete, structural steelwork, and stone façades.

Greta specialises in technically demanding environments and has a strong track record of coordinating critical interfaces, overseeing temporary works, and managing construction sequencing in sensitive or constrained conditions. Her project experience spans the full lifecycle – from procurement through to completion – giving her a comprehensive understanding of delivery challenges.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Structural Design with Construction Management. Greta’s in-depth knowledge of site operations, construction methodology, and programme risk informs her consultancy work, where she supports clients with delay analysis and programme performance reviews.

At Tudor Rose, Greta applies her practical insight to help clients navigate construction delays, particularly those arising from design development and sequence changes. She brings a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach to every project and is currently working towards chartership with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).

Outside of work, Greta enjoys hiking on long walks in the countryside, and reading.
