Andrew is a chartered construction manager with 40 over years of experience on infrastructure and construction projects and is regularly appointed as an expert and expert advisor on delay and construction project management matters in adjudication, arbitration, and litigation. He is recognised by clients for his thoroughly researched, clearly reasoned, ‘common sense’ based analyses.
Andrew has given evidence under cross-examination and concurrently through tribunal led expert conferencing (‘Hot Tubbing’) and is an accredited Expert Determiner.
His experience has been acquired across many sectors, including building, power & utilities, industrial & manufacturing, transportation & infrastructure, oil & gas projects. Andrew’s work has covered the UK, North Africa, Kazakhstan, Caribbean, South America, Eastern Europe, and Middle East.
Prior to 2007, Andrew worked for several major contractors for 25 years on a variety of projects within the civil engineering and building sectors, in various roles from site engineer through to projects director. His work has seen him take responsibility for projects from potential development scheme through to tender enquiry, construction and completion.
