Conor has worked on a number of construction projects in both the UK and Australia. His experience spans commercial, residential, education, retail, and public undertakings.
Conor holds a degree in quantity surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University. Commencing his career as a quantity surveyor with one of the UK’s largest contractors, he played a pivotal role in several education projects. Conor managed subcontract procurement, oversaw variations and loss and expense claims. To enhance his expertise, Conor attained professional membership with the RICS.
Relocating to Australia in 2019, Conor joined a national fit-out and refurbishment contractor where he managed all commercial aspects of projects, from site mobilisation to final account. Eventually, Conor took on the role of commercial lead for a key project with one of Melbourne’s largest residential contractors. During his tenure in Melbourne, Conor pursued a Master of Law in Construction Law and Practice on a part-time basis. He emerged as one of the top performers in his cohort, earning a first-class LLM degree.
Since joining Tudor Rose, Conor has been involved in a number of high-profile disputes and has played a key role in preparing submissions for adjudication as well as assisting the named expert in a variety of quantum reports.
Conor’s personal interests include going to gigs, video shooting/ editing and is currently trying his hand at sketching.
