Prior to joining Tudor Rose, Daniela obtained a law degree, having a particular interest in contract and property law. She also has a Masters in construction project management. In tandem with her studies, Daniela was employed by an international organisation where she gained a variety of legal experience.
During Daniela’s time at Tudor Rose, she has been actively involved in a number of high-profile commissions. Her experience extends to projects with values ranging from £100million to £1.6 billion. She is regularly appointed on complex matters to carry out the forensic analysis and compilation of contemporaneous records. She has experience ranging from extension of time claims to technical matters surrounding design and workmanship.
In addition to undertaking the forensic analysis of information, Daniela has also honed her skills in undertaking audits of project information. She also supports project teams in identifying and managing risks affecting projects. Daniela has provided valuable assistance during high-profile insurance litigation cases, allowing her to develop her expertise.
In Daniela’s spare time, she enjoys keeping active, dog walking and hosting garden barbecues!
