Kaushal Shukla

Prior to joining Tudor Rose, Kaushal grew his experience working on a variety of projects including housing developments, refurbishment schemes and large infrastructure projects. Kaushal started his career as a project manager in 2017 following the successful completion of his degree in civil engineering. He then gained experience in commercial management and contract administration on a variety of construction projects delivered under NEC and JCT contracts. Whilst working as quantity surveyor, Kaushal identified periods of delay and allocated established financial values to support compensation events. Immediately prior to joining Tudor Rose, Kaushal gained further experience as a project manager, where his role included identifying and presenting compensation events.

Kaushal has a track record of taking a client-focused and proactive approach to project delivery and is adept at building trust in relationships with all project stakeholders. He has successfully delivered a variety of projects in his roles as project manager and quantity surveyor, working on residential and infrastructure projects in both the public and private sectors and under a variety of contract forms. Kaushal has worked very closely as the main contractor where he has had to regularly present programmes, compensation events, early warnings, design and construction progress and project costs to the clients. He has also worked closely with subcontractors reviewing application for payments, analysing their progress ensuring that all ongoing construction and design works go on.

Kaushal now applies his breadth of experience to delay analysis with a particular focus on quantum related issues. He is skilled in the use of a variety of software including Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject , ProjectWise, Helix, Sypro and ComplyPro; enabling him to efficiently manage project schedules, streamline document control processes, produce precise technical drawings and analyse project information with high accuracy.

When not working Kaushal enjoys travelling and playing football or cricket with friends and family.
