Mark comes from a project controls background. He has significant experience working on live projects in the aviation, rail and utilities sectors. Having previously worked with clients, consultants and main contractors, he has a keen understanding of the drivers that underpin successful outcomes.
Prior to joining Tudor Rose, Mark held the position of project controls lead on a large underground rail contract in central London. He has also held a variety of project controls, planning and commercial roles on large-scale and complex infrastructure projects.
Mark is highly proficient in the use of planning and project controls software including: Oracle Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, Deltek Cobra, MS Project, Enterprise Bentley and Cemar. He is well versed in the application of tools and techniques for delay analysis. He always retains a keen focus on the contractual and commercial implications of delay for his clients.
Mark has been involved in numerous adjudications acting as party representative with a focus on delay issues. Mark has also acted as named delay expert in a number of disputes.
In his spare time Mark is kept busy with his family and also enjoys cooking, cycling and watching rugby.
