Monika Cierpial

Monika in her role as HR & Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business, strategic direction and control of company operations, ensuring the effective implementation of business practices and guidelines. She provides support and guidance to management and other staff members in all HR related matters.

Monika oversees the recruitment, employment and onboarding processes, being the company’s primary point of contact for all job applicants, freelancers as well as recruitment agencies.

To recharge, Monika laces up her hiking shoes by day, books theatre tickets for the evening, and always keeps her suitcase handy for the next adventure.
