Monika leads the HR function, working closely with the leadership team to support the continued development of the business and its people. She is responsible for shaping the Company’s practices and policies, ensuring they continue to meet the needs of a growing and evolving workforce.
Monika oversees the full employee lifecycle, from attracting and developing talent to employee relations, performance, reward and benefits, engagement and wellbeing.
Outside of work, Monika enjoys hiking, art and travelling.
