Natalie is an experienced expert who understands the key issues that lead to the commercial success of construction projects. She is familiar with the various standard form construction contracts and bespoke amendments that may dramatically alter the risk profile of such contracts. She has also initiated and defended a significant number of adjudications, the vast majority of which have been successfully concluded.
She is an experienced mediator, accredited by RICS since 2016. She is also CEDR accredited and became an accredited online mediator in May 2020. Natalie has conducted successful mediations in the fields of anti-social behaviour, social housing and family issues. She has also been involved as a party representative in construction mediations.
She was admitted to the roll of solicitors in February 2012 following a period of secondment to Womble Bond Dickinson. Natalie is currently a non-practising solicitor. Natalie also enjoys going to the gym, paddleboarding, kayaking and sailing in her free time.
