Biography

Nicholas started his career as an architectural technologist in 2015. He moved into delay analysis in 2017. Since then, Nicholas has been involved in the preparation of time and cost claims and expert delay analysis reports. He has worked on a wide number of projects both within the UK and overseas. These include power distribution plants, metro station upgrades, tunnelling projects, office developments and infrastructure projects. Nick likes spending his weekends gardening and the evenings at the gym.

Nicholas has a first-class BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology from Northumbria University. He is currently undertaking a Masters of Law (LLM) in Construction Law and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen.

He is regularly involved in producing analyses using project records and as-built data. Skilled at graphically representing delays and changes throughout a project, Nicholas is also experienced in conducting site interviews and analysing contemporaneous programmes. From here he constructs detailed as-built programmes for analysis.

Nicholas has assisted the named expert in the preparation of independent expert reports for use within dispute resolution. He also has experience in the development of quantum claims, having analysed cost records in the support of the build-up of claims.

Nicholas likes spending his weekends gardening and the evenings at the gym.
