Robert is a highly experienced construction professional with more than fifty years’ experience across the engineering and construction sectors. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in engineering, surveying, planning and project delivery, whilst working on major infrastructure, building and power generation projects. His professional background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of construction projects from both technical and operational perspectives.
Robert’s technical expertise has been further enhanced through his specialisation in dispute resolution. He has undertaken numerous commissions involving claims preparation and retrospective delay analysis for adjudication and arbitration proceedings, including significant involvement in the preparation of reports for expert witnesses. His experience in construction disputes includes providing expert opinion during arbitration proceedings in Iceland, where he has demonstrated, once again, his ability to present and explain technical evidence clearly and persuasively.
