Biography

Simon is a highly qualified claims and contract administrator. He has experience in building, aviation and rail projects for both government and private sector clients. He also has a strong understanding of various forms of contract including FIDIC, NEC, JCT and ICE.

Prior to joining Tudor Rose, Simon worked on projects across the Middle East. During his career, he has gained extensive first-hand experience of delay and quantum claims. Involved in all aspects of claim preparation, Simon is well-versed in all aspect of claims management. His experience includes claim preparation, assessment of entitlement and negotiation through to agreement. Simon puts this experience to good use, combining it with his understanding of formal dispute resolution processes.

Following his initial undergraduate studies, Simon completed a Masters degree in Construction Law and Arbitration. He is now working towards fellowship status within the CIArb. His professional knowledge and experience, combined with this continuing academic progression, gives him a firm basis for tackling commercial issues. He supports clients with clear advice and strategies to either minimise risk or maximise opportunity.

Outside work, Simon is keen dancer and he enjoys teaching others and supporting them to develop their dance skills.
