Will is a Quantity Surveyor with ten years’ experience in the construction industry, including six years specialising in quantum expert witness and dispute resolution. He has supported quantum expert witness appointments in formal dispute resolution proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation, across a range of domestic and international disputes. His experience spans aviation, infrastructure, energy, residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
His professional skills include quantum assessment, construction claims analysis and the preparation of expert and advisory reports covering prolongation, disruption, defects, variations, cost to complete and final account matters.
Prior to specialising in dispute resolution, Will worked as a Quantity Surveyor within a multidisciplinary consultancy, delivering retail, residential, hotel and leisure projects under JCT contracts. His experience included cost planning, preparing tender and contract documentation, cost reporting, valuations and variation and final account negotiations.
Will is currently undertaking an MSc in Construction Law at King’s College London and is due to graduate in 2026. Outside of work, Will enjoys playing golf, walking and going to the cinema
