A highly experienced construction professional with extensive experience of planning, programming and delay analysis.
Key Accountabilities:
Minimum of 10 years’ site experience.
Minimum of 20 years’ overall experience.
To be located in the UK, ideally in the north-west of England.
The applicant will have received previous expert instructions and have a proven ability to support other delay experts.
Must have an eagerness to maintain and develop their own contact database.
Experienced in the preparation and rebuttal of delay and extension of time claims.
Sound knowledge of various standard forms of construction contract (JCT and NEC essential).
Ability to work on multiple commissions concurrently.
Able to manage others and provide clear directions to those who provide a supporting role.
Proven ability to draft CPR 35 compliant submissions.
Recognised expert witness training, such as Bond Solon or similar is advantageous.
Strong written and oral presentation skills.
An enthusiasm for marketing in domestic markets and those overseas.
Experience of setting up planning and programming systems.
Experience of mentoring and training.
