Neil Leech is an experienced quantity surveyor and part of the senior leadership team at Tudor Rose.
Neil has been involved in providing project monitoring services, delay analysis, claim preparation support and commercial management advice. He has developed significant expertise in identifying risk and providing strategic commercial advice. His experience spans a broad variety of construction projects across the UK and Europe, from luxury residential developments to public infrastructure framework agreements. He uses this experience to assist clients in identifying issues surrounding compliance and commercial risks. By providing practical advice, Neil supports clients in the mitigation and resolution of the impact of risks.
Neil has acted as an independent expert, providing advice on delay and quantum issues. This has included the analysis of the progress of the works and their resulting effects. Neil has also represented parties in various forms of dispute resolution. He is regularly required to provide ad-hoc advisory services to clients and to deliver structured training to all levels.
In his spare time, Neil is Harlequins RFU season ticket holder and enjoys shooting. He is also spends his spare time reading, writing and making things, along with having a strong interest in film.
